Salamandra

Elder from the Salamandra people, a cast of elementals that inhabited the earth millenia before the Age of Men. The cast of the Salamandras was the most powerfull and wisest of all the casts and had chosen to live in ascesis and isolation from the world. They were the only with the ability to directly manipulate vital energy, known to the elementals as the Phoenix power. Though not directly partaking in elemental affairs they were cultuated by them who allways sought and followed their advice.
